The AAGs snuck up on us this year, what with the extended winter, the economic downturn, and the ongoing delays in delivering the most recent issue of the Print Version (still available online in the James Library and Public House, tell your friends). We had an extensive game of Bingo planned for everyones enjoyment in Vegas, but we won’t have it, or our annual Syracentric AAG program available this year. We will be in attendance and will be providing occasional updates from the gambling halls/bars/conference rooms/parking lots/and roller coaster rides.
Please remember while you are in attendance that casino’s are designed to get you lost (for an extended analysis of this phenomenon and others that pervade the Vegas scene, please see Davis and Rothman 2002). Hopefully this map of the Riviera will help. (if you want to see more casino maps, you can go here)
Have fun out there. Don’t get lost in the maze of arguments presented by “established scholars,” be sure to check out the poster sessions, and if you have any ideas for next year’s AAG Bingo Extravaganza. Please let us know. More immediately, if you would like to share your own reporting from the AAG, we are happy to host it.

I noticed the post of one of my Casino Property Maps as a “Map of the Week.” A love of all things maps related lead me to building the best collection of Vegas Casino Maps on the net. I can just look at them for hours… Check out the rest of them at.. http://www.VegasCasinoInfo.com/propmap1.html
